A holistic approach to therapy that honors the whole self

I would be honored to join you on your journey

Seeking help as you cope with life's difficult circumstances can be hard, and it is my honor and privilege to work with you as your therapist. My role in your wellness journey is to provide guidance and support as you learn healthy, effective coping mechanisms to deal with both acute and chronic stressors in your life.

Focusing on client systems to provide holistic treatment, I am also able to work with those for whom their faith community and/or spiritual practice is an important part of their identity. I collaborate with my clients to find the treatment approach that is compatible with their stated goals. I look forward to taking this journey with you.

About Me

Hi, I’m Karon

I am a bilingual (Spanish) practitioner with experience working with a diverse group of clients, including helping professionals. My work has been dedicated to assisting survivors of trauma, including intimate partner violence and sexual assault, and individuals dealing with life transitions (i.e., professional, relational, loss of loved ones, and/or loss of physical functioning.

I am a therapist dedicated to working with those whose needs often go unmet; not only clients, but helping professionals as well. My goal is to work with you, the client, as you confront crisis or transition of all types, and I am committed to services offered in a way that is culturally respectful, and include your systems of importance, be they familial, spiritual, social, or professional.

My Services

Depression (major depressive disorder) is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act.

Coping Skills

The methods a person uses to deal with stressful situations. These may help a person face a situation, take action, and be flexible and persistent in solving problems.

A divorce is a formal ending of a marriage. It’s more permanent than a separation and involves a legal process. If you get a divorce, that means the marriage is officially over.
